By accessing MetricHarbor properties at attach-corezone.one, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any updates posted with a revised effective date. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately. Continued browsing after notice constitutes acceptance of reasonable changes that do not reduce your statutory rights under Republic of Korea law. Enterprise clients may also be governed by separate written agreements that supersede conflicting clauses here.
2. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that compromises security, infringes intellectual property, or disrupts other users. You may stop using the site at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including limits on liability, intellectual property, and governing law. Where a separate order form exists, termination mechanics follow that document first. We provide written notice when feasible and a brief cure period for non-malicious breaches.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Consumers retain mandatory protections available in their place of residence where such protections cannot be waived. Venue for disputes arising from these terms shall lie with competent courts in Seoul, subject to non-exclusive consumer remedies. Arbitration clauses apply only where separately agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
MetricHarbor branding, curated copy, layout, and original assets are protected. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view materials for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not scrape, mirror, or resell content without permission. Training provider materials remain their property; our marketplace displays them under license. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve services without obligation of payment unless contractually required.
5. User Obligations
You agree to supply accurate contact details, respect other participants, and avoid introducing harmful code or deceptive metadata. You will not misrepresent affiliation with MetricHarbor or its partners. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality on partner platforms we link to for demos. Violations may lead to removal from waitlists or events. You indemnify MetricHarbor against third-party claims arising from your misuse where permitted by law.
6. Service Description
MetricHarbor operates a marketplace introducing business teams to vetted analytics training bundles. Listings describe informational pricing, formats, and schedules. Purchases, if any, occur with the listed provider under their commercial terms. We coordinate introductions and quality standards reviews but are not a universal guarantor of every delivery detail. Features may evolve; we post material changes on this site or via account contacts when applicable.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, MetricHarbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or third-party services. Aggregate liability for direct damages relating to these terms is limited to the greater of twenty-five thousand Republic of Korea won or amounts you paid MetricHarbor for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event. Statutory rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
8. Definitions
“Marketplace” refers to curated listings and facilitation services operated by MetricHarbor. “Provider” means an independent training organization vetted for listing. “Buyer” means a business representative evaluating or procuring programs. “Event” means hosted gatherings described on the events pages, whether in person or virtual. Headings are for convenience and do not alter interpretation. Singular includes plural where context requires.
9. Amendments and Notice
We may amend these terms to reflect new regulations or product realities. Material changes receive at least fourteen days’ notice via site banner or email when we hold an address for you. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance except where opt-in is required for a new data practice. Archived copies are available on request for enterprise accounts. If you reject an amendment, cease use and contact us to close ancillary accounts.
10. Warranties Disclaimer
The site is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose except where non-waivable. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Third-party integrations, including maps or embedded media supplied by partners, are governed by their own terms. You assume responsibility for verifying program fit with internal stakeholders before purchase decisions.
11. Authority cooperation
We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and will notify users when notification is permitted. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact hello@attach-corezone.one with detailed identification and good-faith statements. We may remove or restrict content pending review. Nothing here limits your ability to escalate complaints to Korean consumer agencies where applicable. We document responses in line with our privacy commitments.
